Drop Off Points

Take your rugs to one of our convenient drop off points and avoid collection and delivery costs!

Our rug cleaning service covers the whole of the UK. We can arrange for collection and delivery of rugs if you’re not local to us, but we also offer drop off points for our more local customers.

Alongside our main laundry facility in Ammanford, our customers are able to take their rugs to one of our four drop off points in Swansea, Llanelli, Cardiff and Bristol. You can find the details of each drop off point below, please get in touch with each drop off point for their individual opening times as they may vary.

STEP 1

Take your rugs to one of our convenient drop off points in Ammanford, Swansea, Llanelli, Cardiff or Bristol. We will collect the rug from the drop off point and there will be no collection/delivery costs. Please note: Apart from our main premises The Rug Laundry, our drop off points can only accept rugs with a width of up to 1.80m.

STEP 2

Your rug will arrive at our laundry facility where our specialist team of rug experts will assess and clean your rug. It will be fully dried in our temperature and humidity controlled drying room and then wrapped ready to be returned to the drop off point.

STEP 3

We will return your freshly washed, lovely and clean rug to the drop off point it was collected from. We will inform you when your rug is ready to collect, usually via email. It couldn't be simpler!
