Delivery & Returns
We offer a free standard delivery service on all our products. All orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class and we dispatch orders the same day where possible. Our standard delivery typically takes 3 – 5 working days but this may differ during busy periods.
Your order will be sent to the delivery address specified at the time of ordering. We cannot take responsibility if this address is incorrect. Orders cannot be cancelled/amended once dispatched.
If you are unhappy with any of the items you have purchased please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order via email to email@example.com. You will then have 14 days to return the goods to us. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed once goods have been received.
- Goods are to be returned at your own cost, intact, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
- A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced (you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession).
- If choosing to book your own postage we suggest taking out additional postal insurance with your provider. Please retain proof of postage, as we cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item please email us a photograph to firstname.lastname@example.org to request either a refund or replacement.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed – please allow 5 – 10 working days for the funds to appear in your bank account. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
The Rug Laundry upholds The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights are not affected.
