So what happens next?

Local Customers: Will be notified by email that your collection is confirmed. All local collections take place on a Wednesday from both your doorstep or the listed Pick-up Points.

National Customers: Will receive an email confirming that their Packaging Materials have been posted out. Once these have been received and your rug has been wrapped just let us know and we will arrange your collection day with you.

All Customers: Once your rugs are welcomed into the Rug Laundry, they will be assessed, and you will be emailed an Acceptance Form. 

This will notify you if we have found any discrepancies in measurements, fabrics, etc and will advise you accordingly. It will also allow you to add any additional treatments that we feel would benefit your rug such as Stain Guarding, Pet Treatments, Underlay, etc.

Please look out for our email as our cleaning process will only begin once the form has been completed and returned to us!

There’s nothing more that you need to do from this point – we’ll do all the hard work and will contact you again once we are satisfied that your rug is clean and ready to come home!
