Unlike a lot of rug cleaners, we offer a collection and delivery service across the whole of the UK! For local delivery, someone from our team will come and collect your rug. Or, if you live outside a certain area radius we will send our courier to collect your rug!
If you’re local to us, there’s no need to wrap your rug before collection. For courier collections, the process is simple; We’ll send out rug packaging in the post so you can wrap your rug up safely ready for transport. We include instructions on how to wrap the rug, but we’ve also made this simple video so you can see how to wrap the rug step-by-step. How to wrap your rug:
Step 1: Roll the rug from the bottom to the top, as tightly as possible. Make sure you are rolling from the shortest side.
Step 2: Tie the included string around the rug to hold it together securely.
Step 3: Attach the printed Rug Laundry label with customer name to the back of the rug.
Step 4: Slide the rug inside the plastic sleeve, the sleeve will be longer than the rug so try to leave equal amounts on each end.
Step 5: Roll each end of the plastic sleeve tightly and secure in place with the cable ties.
Step 6: Roll the excess plastic sleeve at each end as tightly as you can and secure them to the rug with tape.
Step 7: Finally, attach the address label to the outside of the plastic sleeve.
Step 8: Call or email us to let us know your rug is ready, and we will arrange for our courier to collect it!
